This has been used to relieve minor aches and pains in joints and muscles such as arthritis and tendinitis. Just massage a small amount in the affected area of the body. All natural ingredients go to work on the pain right away. This can also be used in conjunction with heating pad for deep therapy to the affected area. Keep this product in a cool, dry area, that is consistently at below 74 degrees. Note: This product is NOT recommended for open cuts on skin.
